"A food trip"

Natural seasonal cooking in the Farma-Merse valleys: a programme of cooking not only for nourishment but also for a relationship with nature and the aromas and colours of the different seasons of the year.

The food prepared in our farmhouses in a friendly family atmosphere provides an opportunity to discover the quality of simple, wild and cultivated foods and organic farming.

Our dishes are prepared with loving care and special attention to the quality of the ingredients and how they are combined.

Vegetarians are welcome.

Besides enjoying our menus, we offer cooking courses, with lessons in recognising and preparing wild plants. The course includes field trips in the area to get to know spontaneous herbs, returning in the evening to prepare surprising dishes with the herbs collected.
